These terms govern your participation in the Law Offices of Barry G. Doyle, P.C. SMS messaging program. Please read them carefully before opting in to receive text messages from our office.
1. Program Description
The Law Offices of Barry G. Doyle, P.C. SMS Program sends automated text messages to prospective and current clients who have opted in to receive communications from our office. Messages may include questions to gather information about your legal matter, appointment confirmations and reminders, requests for follow-up information, and general status updates related to your inquiry.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your inquiry. You will not receive ongoing marketing messages.
3. How to Stop Receiving Messages
To cancel SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After we receive your STOP request, we will send one final confirmation message and you will be removed from our messaging program immediately. You will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your wireless carrier. The Law Offices of Barry G. Doyle, P.C. does not charge any fee for participation in this SMS program. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider directly.
Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy
Information you provide through our SMS intake program is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Consent to Receive Automated Messages
By opting in to receive SMS messages from The Law Offices of Barry G. Doyle, P.C., you consent to receive automated text messages at the mobile number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of retaining legal services. Standard message and data rates may apply.
8. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Participation in this SMS program and submission of information through our intake process does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only upon execution of a written engagement agreement. Do not send confidential information via SMS that you would not want reviewed by others.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
