Dangerous Exercise and Recreational Equipment

The equipment we use in pursuit of exercise and recreational activities are supposed to serve to increase the enjoyment we get from these activities.  In fact, some would not be possible at all without the equipment needed to do them.  However, due to defects in the design and manufacture of some kinds of exercise equipment and recreational equipment, users can be seriously injured or killed.  With limited government oversight of many of these kinds of equipment, the only remedy an injured user is likely to receive is through a product liability lawsuit prosecuted by an experienced, well-qualified lawyer.
