SUV rollover injuries often include head injuries. Traumatic brain injuries (TBI) are caused by sudden, strong impacts to the head. Because the brain is encased in the skull, the head doesn't need to be hit directly for traumatic brain injuries to occur. A violent shake can also result in TBI.
