We reached a settlement with a trucking company on behalf of its driver. The truck driver sideswiped our client while changing lanes, causing lower back injuries to our client. The case was settled when investigation showed that the truck driver had numerous hours of service violations and quit hours after the accident, abandoning the truck at a truck stop -- not even returning it to the terminal.
