Settlement in favor of client who was injured when a student pulled out of a school parking lot in front of him.  The student was driving a pick-up owned by his father’s business, allowing us to reach the commercial policy for the business.  Client suffered a herniated disc in his neck, but opted to not have surgery.  (Cook County)
