A settlement was reached for a 3 year old female dog bite victim. She was attending a barbecue hosted by friends of her parents when the hosts' dog bit her in the face. Before a settlement was reached, we were able to convince the insurance company for the dog's owners to advance money for the little girl's medical care, pointing out that it was a "win-win" for both the insurance company and the little girl.
