Left-turn accident results in Will County settlement
We reached a settlement on behalf of a Local 444 ironworker who injured in a car accident in Shorewood when another driver made a left-hand turn in front of him. Suit was filed on his behalf against the other driver and her employer, as she was enagaged in work-related activities at the time of the auto accident. As a result of the motor vehicle collision, our client suffered injuries to his neck which resulted in him undergoing a cervical fusion operation. (Will County)
