Crash outside trailer park yields settlement

We reached a settlement on behalf of a college student who suffered a knee injury which required arthroscopic surgery.  The client was on her way to class at a community college when a technician for the local water company exited from the driveway of a trailer park and pulled in front of the client who was driving at the 45 mph speed limit.  The high speed accident caused the client to strike her knee underneath the dashboard, resulting in torn cartilage.  (Kankakee County)
