Flagger killed by gravel truck

A flagger employed by a Chicago Ridge gravel company was struck by a gravel truck operated by a driver employed by another company.  The driver misinterpreted a stop signal as one to proceed and struck the flagger.  After hearing the reaction of witnesses, he backed over the flagger, resulting in a wrongful death truck accident.
