Legal
1994 - present
Employed as an associate attorney before opening his own firm in June, 2004. Responsible for representation of persons injured in accidents, including automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability, nursing home abuse and neglect, sexual assault, medical malpractice, products liability, construction accidents, dog bites, and other general negligence cases.
Duties include:
Pre-suit investigation, Preparation of pleadings and discovery, Court appearances, Attending and taking discovery and evidence depositions, Settlement negotiations, Appellate practice, Trial of cases in circuit court and before arbitration panels.
Has tried over 30 cases to verdict in jury trials, bench trials, and/or binding arbitration hearings.

Employed as an Adjunct Professor teaching legal research to first-year law students.
