22 children attending school in the Serena School District were taken to local hospitals today after the school bus they were riding in was hit by a Chevy S-10 that ran a stop sign. The impact to the school bus was sufficient to turn it over on its side. There were no passenger seat belts for the students, and many of the injuries happened when the bus rolled.

It appears at first blush that most of the fault for this school bus accident lies with the driver of the Chevy.
